　 During the construction work for Zhengzhou 6th Planning Academy and White Dove, he realized that abrasives, grinding wheel was a potential industry because of lacking supply and less manufacturer. With cute market consciousness he found what he was seeking for a long time. In fact, he managed well either in printing house, factory of oils and foodstaffs or constructional company. He has a ambitious spirit. He did not think these are challenging industry. He persuaded the leader and established grinding wheel company in Shangjie. Soon the company reaped significant economic benefits.
　 The success of grinding wheel factory has fully proved his ability of hold market chance and showed his management talent. He was nominated director of industry office to manage the industry enterprises in 1980s. He became an official from management staff.
　 The spring wind of reform and opening-up searched throughout China in 1985. Under the encouragement and support of Shenzhen’s friends, with his market experiences, he could not sit still. The hope of Guanyu was to devote himself to make abrasives industry stronger and bigger. His fate was interwoven with the noun—white fused alumina, brown fused alumina.

　 Guanyu He earned 200 thousand Yuan in the next two years by processing with supply material. He is the first one to earn money of abrasives industry.
　 Guanyu He finally established the first smelting furnace in 1995 based on rolling development and ended the time of process with supply material. The products are extruded into the upriver and initially formed chain. At the same time increased the profits.
　 Because of more enters, more competitors, this new industry was intensified the competition and the profit was becoming less and less. White fused alumina occupied the 70% Japan market and squeezed out of the similar products of European’s based on high quality.

　 These days, a new giant electric-scale is established at the gate of Zhengzhou Yufa Special Ceramics Material. The capacity is 150 ton. It is the most advanced equipment at present which is controlled by computer.
　 Approaching to newly- established factory, the writer was attracted by a big workshop. Old He introduced that was white fused alumina production workshop. Walking into workshop, we saw a modern production line. Old He introduced the high & new technology to process white fused alumina. Mass production applied in national defence industry. Upgraded products not only increased the technical content and added value. At the same time from brown fused alumina to white, micro powder, tight industry line made Yufa more powerful and stronger to withstand risks. Guanyu He experienced much allure which was full of charm during the decades. He kept abrasives industry from 1987, although other people though ‘setting sun series’ traditional industry.
