Yufa Group as a high-tech enterprise specialize in inventing and producing varieties of alumina. We have leading R&D capabilities in the market, with five R&D centers and three production bases, supplying high-quality alumina series products for top customers in many fields, such as abrasives, high-temperature materials, alumina ceramics, anti-corrosion coatings, LED glass, electrical fillers, grinding and polishing, and thermally conductive materials.

Customer Case

Our main products include high-density white fused alumina, low-sodium white fused alumina, dense fused alumina, single crystal corundum, magnesia-aluminum spinel, α-alumina, alumina granulation powder, alumina ceramics and more than 300 varieties in eight series. The company has 15 fully automatic digital control smelting furnaces, two rotary kilns, one tunnel kiln and one push plate kiln with a production capacity of 200,000 tons.

  • YUFA GROUP STARTED

    The first subsidiary of Shangjie Grinding Wheel Factory was established and started processing brown fused alumina.
  • 1990

  • START TO PRODUCE WHITE FUSED ALUMINA

    Started to process white fused alumina: PEFA F PEFA P, Grit, Fine powder in 1990.
  • 1995

  • FIRST SUBSIDIARY ESTABLISHED - ZHENGZHOU YUFA ABRASIVE CO., LTD. ESTABLISHED

    In 1995, 113,312 m2 of land was acquired in Xingyang City, Henan Province, and then Zhengzhou Yufa Abrasives Co., Ltd. (NO.1 subsidiary）was registered and established.
  • 1996

  • FIRST SHELL FIRING FURNACE FOR WFA ESTABLISHED

    The first shell firing furnace was put into operation in 1996 for white fused alumina.
  • 1999

  • FIRST TILTING FURNACE ESTABLISHED

    The first white fused alumina tilting furnace was built in 1999.

  • 2000

  • ALL SMELTING FURNACE UPDATED TO TILTING FURCACE

    In 2000, the group changed all smetling furnaces to tilting furnaces and obtained the right to import and export independently.

  • SECOND SUBSIDIARY ESTABLISHED - ZHENGZHOU YUFA HIGH-TECH MATERIAL CO., LTD.

    In 2001, Zhengzhou Yufa High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. was registered and established, and 121,406 m2 of land were leased to build a sand-making processing line in Xiawo Town, Xingyang City.

  • ISO9001 QUALITY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION

    In 2002, the company passed the ISO9001 quality system certification.

  • WEAR-RESISTANT SAND PRODUCTION LINE

    Started to produce wear-resistant sand in 2004.

  • DRAFTING NATIONAL WFA ABRASIVES STANDARD AND ESTABLISHED THE THIRD SUBSIDIARY

    In 2005, participated in the formulation of the new national white fused alumina abrasive standard and established Zhengzhou Yufa Special Ceramic Materials Co., Ltd.

  • FIRST TUNNEL KILN ESTABLISHED

    The first tunnel kiln was completed and put into operation in 2006.

    Since 2008, the company’s product white corundum has been continuously rated as Famous Product In China’s Abrasives Industry

  • THE THIRD SUBSIDIARY CHANGED NAME TO ZHENGZHOU YUFA FINE CERAMIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.

    In 2011, Zhengzhou Yufa Special Ceramic Materials Co., Ltd. was renamed Zhengzhou Yufa Fine Ceramic Technology Co., Ltd., and a new industrial road production plant was built.
  • 2015

  • THE FIRST SUBSIDIARY RELOCATED AND CHANGED NAME TO HENAN YUFA ABRASIVES CO., LTD.

    In 2015, Zhengzhou Yufa Abrasives Co., Ltd. moved to the Development Zone of Ruzhou City, Henan Province and changed its name to Henan Yufa Abrasive Co., Ltd.

3 PRODUCTION BASES

Corundum Series Production Base

Henan Yufa Abrasive Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Zhengzhou Yufa Group, which covers an area of approximately 106,666 m2. It is a specializing in R&D and production of white fused alumina. There are 9 arc electric furnances with a production capacity of 70,000 tons. It is still under investiment and production, and the output is increasing.

Zhengzhou Yufa High-Tech Material Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Zhengzhou Yufa Group, which covers an area of approximately 53,333 m2. It is a specializing in R&D and production of white fused alumina, dense corundum, magnesium aluminum spinel. There are 6 arc electric furnances with a production capacity of 80,000 tons.
Zhengzhou Yufa Fine Ceramic Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Zhengzhou Yufa Group. Founded in 2005, covering an area of approximately 33,333 m2, it is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D and production of calcined alumina. There are two rotary kilns, two tunnel kilns and one pusher kiln, with a production capacity of 50,000 tons of alumina and 5,000 tons of alumina ceramics.
