ABOUT US

Henan Yufa Abrasives Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Zhengzhou Yufa Abrasive Group. Founded in 2015, it is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D and production of corundums, which covers an area of 106,666 square meters. There are 9 arc electric furnances with a production capacity of 70,000 tons. It is still under investiment and production, and the output is increasing. It has been mainly awarded as:

DEVELOPMENT HISTORY
  • 1987

  • COMPANY STARTED

    The first subsidiary of Shangjie Grinding Wheel Factory was established and started processing brown fused alumina.
  • 1990

  • PRODUCTION OF WHITE FUSED ALUMINA

    Started to process white fused alumina: PEFA F PEFA P, Grit, Fine powder in 1990.
  • 1995

  • ZHENGZHOU YUFA ABRASIVES CO., LTD. ESTABLISHED

    In 1995, 113,312 m2 of land was acquired in Xingyang City, Henan Province, and then Zhengzhou Yufa Abrasives Co., Ltd. was registered and established.
  • 1996

  • FIRST SHELL FIRING FURNACE FOR WFA

    The first shell firing furnace was put into operation in 1996 for white fused alumina.
  • 1997

  • FIRST SHELL FIRING FURNACE FOR BFA

    In 1997, the shell firing furnace for brown fused alumina was put into operation.
  • 1998

  • TWO NEW SHELL FIRING FURNACES

    Two white fused alumina shell firing furnaces were newly built in 1998, and was named 100 export bases of township enterprises in Henan Province at the same year.
  • 1999

  • FIRST TILTING FURNACE

    The first white fused alumina tilting furnace was built in 1999.

  • 2000

  • SMELTING FURNACE UPDATED

    All four shell firing furnaces were changed to tilting furnaces.
  • 2001

  • NEW HONORS AWARDED

    In 2001, the company's product white fused alumina rated as Famous and Excellent Product of Henan Township Enterprises, and was awarded the title of Quality Trustworthy Unit at the same year.
  • 2002

  • ISO9001 QUALITY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION

    In 2002, the company passed the ISO9001 quality system certification.
  • 2006

  • AAA CREDIT RATING CERTIFICATE

    Won the AAA credit rating certificate in 2006.
  • 2007

  • NEW HONORS AND AWARDS

    From 2007 to 2014, successively won the title of  Top Ten Corundum Manufacturers in the Abrasives Industry in China;
    In 2007, the company's product of white fused alumina powder for high-purity, high-density, and wear-resistant paper was recognized as a High-Tech Product in Henan Province;
    In 2007, it was recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise in Henan Province.
  • 2008

  • THREE NEW HONORS IN 2008

    In 2008, won the title of Advanced Member Unit of the Fourth National Abrasives Standards Committee;
    Since 2008, the company's product white corundum has been continuously included in the Famous Product of China's Abrasives Industry;
    In 2008, the company's technology center was recognized as Henan Province Enterprise Technology Center.

  • WON THE TITLE OF ADVANCED UNIT

    Won the title of Advanced Unit of New Economic Organization and New Social Organization in 2009.
  • 2011

  • NEW HONOR IN 2011

    In 2011, it was awarded the title of Top Ten Scientific and Technological and Most Innovative Leading Enterprises in Henan Province.
  • 2012

  • WON THE TITLE OF TOP TEN EXPORT ENTERPRISES

    In 2012, won the title of Top Ten Export Enterprises in the National Abrasives Industry.
  • 2013

  • WON THE TITLE OF EXCELLENT SUPPLIER OF RAW MATERIALS

    In 2013, won the title of Excellent Supplier of Raw Materials of Coated Abrasives Branch of China Machine Tool Industry Association.
  • 2015

  • COMPANY RELOCATION AND NAME CHANGE

    In 2015, the company moved to Ruzhou Development Zone, Henan Province, and was renamed Henan Yufa Abrasive Co., Ltd.
    Since 2015, it has been rated as the Best Enterprise in the National Abrasives Industry (Top 20) for consecutive years.
